I shop at Citi Trends every now and then because the prices are usually decent, but the fitting room situation gets on my nerves. Like, why do I have to stand around waiting for someone to come unlock it just so I can try on a pair of jeans? It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely makes the whole trip feel more annoying than it needs to be.

The room itself was clean enough, so I’ll give them that, but it was small and not exactly comfortable. I was able to try on what I needed, but it felt more like something I just had to get through instead of a normal shopping experience. Not terrible, not great. 3 stars.
